Taught by a master in royal icing, Margaret Fraczek, this class covers:
- Differences in icing sugars
- Mixing of Royal Icing
- Royal Icing Recipes
- Successful sieving
- Making greaseproof paper bags
- Differences in piping tubes
- Piping Lines, Dots, Snails trail, Shell borders, Herringbone patterns, Rope and scroll effects, Swirls
- Brush embroidery
The class is limited to 5 students so you are assured of lots of individual help. Everything for the class is provided and you will take home the dummy cake you have been working on and a starter pack of nozzles and royal icing, so you can get practising at home straight away.
Refreshments are available throughout the day, but please bring a packed lunch.
