I’ve been making chocolate brownies for many years, and these recipes have never let me down. I have sold thousands of brownies and they’ve been loved by all. They keep well for 7 days in a sealed container and freeze beautifully. The recipe can easily be adapted to create different flavours.

Once you have mastered the basic recipe, you can have fun trying out endless variatons. This 14 page, comprehensive collection includes  adaptations for some of my my most popular flavours:

Raspberry, Salted Caramel, Biscoff, Nutella, Traditional Walnut, Chocolate Orange, Creme Egg/Caramel Egg, Mars Bar/Snickers, Cookies and Cream

There is also a Hints and Tips section covering the correct tin to use, which chocolate to use, how to tell when the brownie is cooked how to cut your brownies and how to store them.
