How We Bake
At the heart of every creation is a delicious, handmade cake, lovingly made in our kitchen, using the finest ingredients – locally produced free range eggs, premium flours, Sicilian lemons, Madagascan vanilla, raspberry conserve and decadent chocolate ganache. Our cakes have 4 layers of sponge, and are triple layered with a filling of flavoursome buttercream, curd, conserve or ganaches. To achieve clean lines and super sharp edges, our cakes are covered in a layer of chocolate ganache and then iced with the finest Massa Ticino fondant.
We offer cake decorating classes for all abilities under the personal supervision of Linda. There is a maximum of 6 students at any class so you are assured of individual attention with lots of opportunity to ask questions. Classes are friendly and informal. We’ll put the kettle on and provide everything you need for the class. All you need to bring is enthusiasm.
