They set out the key terms you are offering to your clients and helps both parties to understand their duties, rights, roles and responsibilities.

Your Ts & Cs should evolve as your business evolves. Update them whenever you need to, to cover new scenarios that may arise. Remember: if you don’t provide terms and conditions for each client, you will have no rights when it comes to complaints, cancellations and difficult customers.
